It is already hard enough being a Black business owner in this country, not to mention how much harder it is to be a Black business owner in bookish spaces. I can only imagine what we will be facing as protections are stripped back and racists are emboldened by Trump's anti diversity agenda to both oppose Black businesses _and _further gatekeep this industry.

So, please take it to heart when I say that **shopping Black is important. **
