Devil of the Deep is our upcoming fantasy set in a Haitian-inspired world and filled with unapologetic Caribbean culture and identity, Black mermaids, Pirates, an underwater cult, and a Black/queer/female Jack-sparrow lead! It follows Nnenna, a notorious pirate, after she comes across a young mermaid who has escaped a violent cult who are searching for an artifact she has in her possession. Together, along with Nnena's long-lost lover, they must protect the ancient artifact and stop their enemies from using it to raise their underwater island and reshape the world in the image of a long-forgotten god.

If you're not familiar, Netgalley is an online platform where publishers can list Advanced Reader Copies for upcoming books so that reviewers can read them early.

Y'all, I know most publishers limit the number of ARCs they send out, but I don't feel that way AT ALL. I want errbody and their momma to read this book ASAP. There is no shortage of readers and I am not worried one bit about finding more readers once the book is out.
