With a $5/month subscription, you are pouring $60 a year into helping this community fight for Black and brown authors. Not just the authors we will publish under Left Unread Books, but the authors we will be helping outside of Bindery too. I have dedicated my platform to championing Black and brown indies and that has not, and will not, change. One of my goals is to build this community large enough where we have the resources to help marginalized authors fund their projects. I want to be able to help authors pay for the covers that will make their books more appealing, and the editing that will take their projects to the next level. I want to be able to champion authors and pour real resources into creating access for them, without having to charge them or fund raise for them. Building this community is not just about the books we publish, but the change we have all been fighting for in this industry as a whole. So yeah, if you want the discount, upgrade. But more importantly, if you are able to invest in this vision, upgrade and help us get there faster.

And if you are not in a position where you can upgrade or support these four authors by buying their special editions, please don't think that means your investment is any less important. Financial contributions are only ONE PART of this puzzle. Community is just as crucial, if not more.
